| I am looking for a down to earth, friendly and outgoing designers with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. It will be your job to solve their business challenges, using your experience to devise a great design strategy and solution that will fit in with the market brand of the customer. You will be an advocate for humanised design – that's a pretty cool description for the delivery of a design that truly embodies the spirit of the organisation you're partnering with. You will be creating meaningful interactions between people and the products, systems, services, processes and spaces they use each day. This might all sound flowery to you, but these guys are truly looking for an industry guns! You will need to have worked with large, well known website projects and have prestigious clients in your portfolio over the last 3-5 years. 3D experince can also come handy! You will need to be able to produce solutions using a series of defined steps like interaction models, story-boarding and design prototyping using interfaces that really stand out as being interesting, fun, elegant and well crafted. Some of the solutions will be fairly complex, so you'll need to show that you're a smart thinker with solid usability skills. Your experience will be in visual design, web technologies, gaming and social networking.
