As a specialist IT Recruitment Company, we were established by Neal Andrews in May 1997.  Neal has been in the industry since 1979, his career including management roles with IDPE Personnel Services, the Doughty Group and as the founder of Andrews Partners.  His vision has always been to create teams of like-minded Recruitment Professionals providing a high level of service to clients across New Zealand.

Our value proposition is in providing high end IT, technical, consulting and management skill to clients who see us as an integral part of their supply chain for talent.

With offices in Wellington and Auckland our aim is to provide a specialist and effective service to a smaller group of clients.  The value we provide comes from the strong relationships and understanding we develop, and the simplicity of our recruitment process.  However this boutique, niche approach to account management does not limit our ability to deliver.  This is demonstrated in our track record of successful assignments with Government Departments, large Multinationals and Technology Vendors.

We believe passionately in customer service.  Our client is the person we are talking to, whether that person is the candidate or the employer.  The merge between the two groups is so close that we believe that standards of care should be across the board.

Our Industry Commitment

We hold ourselves accountable and committed to the goal of raising the ethical standards and behaviours of IT recruiters.  We are therefore active members of ITCRA, the Information Technology Contract and Recruitment Association (www.itcra.com).  Neal Andrews is a former Chair of the New Zealand ITCRA Board.

Neal has also been an individual member of the RCSA since 1983 (www.rcsa.com.au).  He has served on the National Executive and been the local Branch Chairman.
