Neal Andrews has been doing IT recruitment for over 30 years, so it must be pretty addictive.  Neal’s vision when he set this company up in 1997 was fairly simple.  He wanted to create a great team of like-minded recruitment professionals that worked cohesively and provided a high level of service to clients across New Zealand.  He also wanted to mentor and grow the leadership capability of his recruiters.  He’s achieved this, and now there’s a new generation of management.

What makes us different?  It’s pretty simple really.  Us – our recruiters and our support staff.  Recruitment is addictive for those of us who love it and we are a happy bunch of people who enjoy what we do.  We love to solve problems and we believe passionately in customer service delivered with thoroughness and maturity.
